To see advanced Reports regarding your Customers and their buying habits, go to the Main Menu Reports section.
In the Customers section, you can learn about your customers and their buying habits.
In the Customers Reports section, you can see advanced reports for:
- New Customers
- Recurring Customers
- One Time Customers
- Customers with Canceled Orders
- Customers with Returns
- Customer Groups
1. New Customers
In the New Customers section, you can choose an interval for which you want to see the number of new customers in your online store. Also, in a detailed table, you can see the number of customers who have created an account, the number of new customers, but do not have an account and the total of new customers for each day.
2. Recurring Customers
In the Recurring Customers section, you can see the name and email address of your recurring customers. You can also see if the respective customers have created an account or not, the date of their first order, how many times they have ordered from your store, and the total value of their orders.
3. One Time Customers
In the One Time Customers section, you can see your one-time customers' name and email address. You can also see if the respective customers have created or not an account, the date of their first order, and what is its total value.
4. Customers with Canceled Orders
In the Customers with Canceled Orders section, you can see the name and email address of customers who over time for one reason or another had their orders canceled. You can also see if the respective customers have created an account or not, the date of their last order, the total number of orders, and the number of canceled orders.
5. Customers with Returns
In the Customers with Returns section, you can see customers' name and email address that had at least one return. You can also see if the respective customers have created an account or not, the date of their last order, the total number of orders, and the number of returned orders.
6. Customer Groups
In the Customer Groups section, you can see the customers groups that you created in your online store, the total number of orders by group, the total sales and the total customers which are a part of a group.
