To see advanced Reports regarding Sales in your online store, go to the Main Menu Reports section.
In the Sales section, you have access to your store sales which help you make informed decisions.
In the Sales Reports section, you can see advanced reports for:
- Daily Sales
- Orders with discounts
- Voucher Orders
- Sales by Region
- Sales by City
- Recurring Customers Orders
- Average Order Values
- Sales per Agent
- Sales per Agent/Customer
1. Daily Sales
In the Daily Sales section, you can choose the sales channel and the interval for which you want to see the report.
Also, in a table you can see the number or orders, their net value, the delivery costs and the total value for each day.
2. Orders with Discounts
In the Orders with Discounts section, you can choose the sales channel and the interval for the report.
Also, in a table you can see the number or orders, their net value, and the net value of the discounts for each day.
3. Voucher Orders
You can choose the interval for which you want to see the report in the Voucher Orders section. Also, in a table you can see the Voucher’s Name, the order’s number which used that voucher, the total value of that order and the total discount value for each voucher.
4. Sales by Region
In the Sales by Region section, you can choose the interval for which you want to see the report. Here in a table you can see the country's regions from where most of the orders were placed.
With this report's help, you will know which country's regions are the most profitable, and you can target them in your marketing campaigns.
5. Sales by City
In the Sales by City section, you can choose the interval for which you want to see the report. Here you can see in a table the country's cities from where most of the orders were placed.
With this report's help, you will know which cities are the most profitable, and you can target them in your marketing campaigns.
6. Recurring Customer Orders
In the Recurring Customers Orders section, you can choose the interval for which you want to see the report. Here, in a table, you can see the value and the number of orders for each day.
7. Average Order Values
In the Average Order Values section, you can see the order evolution for each month. Here, in a table, you can see the total number of orders, their total value and the average order value for the respective month. In this way, you can see the average order value for each month, and you will know which months are more profitable for your business.
8. Sales per Agent
In the Orders by Agent section, you can set a certain interval to see how many orders each agent responsible for sales in your online store has registered. You will see a table with three columns:
- Agent - The name of each agent;
- Total (lei) - the total value of the orders for each agent;
- Orders - The total number of orders for each agent;
9. Sales per Agent/Customer
In the Orders by Agent/Customer section, you can set a certain interval for orders each agent responsible for sales in your online store has registered, as well as the customer’s name for which the sale was made. You will see a table with four columns:
- Agent - The name of each agent;
- Customer - The name of each customer;
- Orders in progress (lei) - The value of orders in progress;
- Orders shipped (lei) - The value of orders shipped;
- Returns/ Cancelations (lei) - The value of returns;
- Total (lei) - The total order value for each agent;
- Orders - The total number of orders for each agent;
