Products Reports

To see advanced Reports regarding Products in your online store, go to the Main Menu Products section.

In the Products section, you can see which products perform best in your online store.

In Products Reports section, you can see advanced reports for:

1. Best-Sellers
2. Product Profitability
3. Products without Sales
4. Out-of-Stock Products
5. Low Inventory Products
6. Top Product Category
7. New Products

1. Best-Sellers

In the Best-Seller section, you can choose the sales channel and the interval for which you want to see the report. In a table you will see the best-sellers' names, the total value of the products and the total quantity ordered.

2. Products Profitability

In the Products Profitability section, you can choose the sales channel and the interval for which you want to see your products' profitability.

Are taken into account the sales price and the purchase price. Method of calculation: (((sales price * quantity) - (purchase price * quantity)) / (purchase price * quantity)) * 100

3. Products without Sales

In the Products Without Sales section, you can see the products with extensive stock that sell with difficulty. Here you can choose the sales channel and the interval for which you want to see the report. You will see in a table the products' names, the quantity sold, and the available stock.

4. Out-of-Stock Products

In the Out-of-Stock Products section, you can see information about products that are out of stock. You will see the product name in a detailed table, the last day the product was ordered, the quantity sold, and the available stock.

5. Low Inventory Products

You can see more information about the products with a low inventory in the Low Inventory Products section. You can see the product name in a detailed table, the last day the product was ordered, the quantity sold, and the available stock.

6. Top Product Categories

In the Top Product Categories section, you can choose the sales channel and the interval for which you want to see the report. In a table, you will see the names of the most popular categories, the total number of products from each category, their total value and the quantity sold from each category.

7. New Products

In the New Products section, you can choose to display or not the product’s variants and set an interval for which you want to see the report. You will see products’ names, number of variants, the quantity sold, the stock, and the date they were added in a detailed table.
