Enable this app to facilitate the process of sending products under warranty. The customers will fill in a form before sending in the products. In this way, they will send you all the information you need to identify the products and the order but also to understand the respective product's issues and problems.
Add a product warranty form
To add a product warranty form, you need to follow a few steps:
Step 1: Enable the app
- In the main menu, go to the Gomag Apps section and search for the Product Warranty app which you will find in the Customers category.
- Enable the app.
- Enter the email address, which will be used to send the answers from the warranty form.
Step 2: Edit the form’s page
- Open the Content section from the main menu and go to Pages.
- Here, you can find the Warranty form. Now, click on the edit icon.
- Add elements such as title or additional text to the page, keeping in mind that all the elements will be placed above the form.

- In the SEO section, you will find the URL field - here, you can change the URL for the page which will be displayed in the warranty form, or you can leave the default value.
- Use this URL under the form of yourdomain.ro/warranty-form.
