If you have one of the Plus, Pro or Enterprise plans you will have access to Abandoned Carts. You can see the abandoned cart for your customers and contact them to know why they abandoned the order.
Once activated, the app will be displayed in the Orders category. You can see the abandoned carts of your customers logged in and the abandoned carts of the customers that weren’t logged in when they abandoned the cart.
If, in section Type of shopping cart you select With client the list of abandoned carts displayed will have the following sections:
- Client details - name, surname, email address and phone number
- The date at which the product(s) was/were added into the cart
- The products in the cart - product codes, products names, prices, total
- Generate order option
If, in the section Type of shopping cart you select All, the list of abandoned cart displayed will have the following sections:
- The date at which the product(s) was/were added into the cart
- The products in the cart - product codes, products names, prices, total
- Generate order option
The Generate Order option is useful when the customer contacts you by phone or live chat to ask for help at checkout. There is no need to ask for details about products or search for the codes manually, with a single click you get to the products added to cart and generate the order in his place.
Did you know?
In the platform, you have a specialised module for Cart Recovery (you can find it the Modules category). This allows you to send personalised emails strictly for that specific receipt. With this app, you can remind the customer about the abandoned products and offer him a reward for checking out the respective order.
